Right of Withdrawal – EU Consumers

Many of our leather products are artisan-made and prepared specifically for each order.

Under EU consumer regulations, custom-made or personalized goods are not eligible for cancellation or refund, as they are produced specifically for the customer.

This includes items that are made-to-order, specially sourced, or produced as part of an artisan manufacturing process after the order is placed.

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, if not part of artisian manufacturing, or made to order, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise this right, customers must notify us within the withdrawal period. Following notification of withdrawal, the goods must be dispatched without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date of withdrawal notice. Proof of dispatch is required.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise prior to purchase, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be sent to the designated return address provided by us, which is located in The Netherlands or Italy. There is no obligation under EU law for returns to be handled in the customer’s country.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. The customer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Gift purchases for which gift receipts are requested are eligible for exchange only. Items must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags. The customer is responsible for both the return shipping cost and the delivery cost of the replacement item. Exchanges are possible for products of equal or higher value.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit or solution will automatically be applied.

Returns
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and only if broken, check upon Delivery.

To complete your return, we require you to check your order upon delivery, if broken - give it back with the courier.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will provide our return address.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our forms.

Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us immediately.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
